A combination of the arts and athletics, aerial yoga offers several physical and psychological benefits: improved flexibility, stability, and balance. At aloha we started first ever aerial yoga batches to enjoy flying yoga and to achieve our moto “fun with fitness” to know more about aloha aerial yoga you can join us for trial session.

Pranayama is an ancient breathing technique that originates from yogic practices in india. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. We at aloha incorporate pranayama, meditation and mudras (breathing exercises) with all of our mat and aerial yoga sessions, to deal with the wellness of body, mind and soul.

What is aerial yoga?

Aerial yoga is just like yoga but utilizes a hammock or yoga swing (suspended from the ceiling) to allow you to perform a diverse range of poses you can’t normally imagine to do on a traditional yoga mat. It is a mixture between yoga and pilates, aerial arts, and acrobatics.

Why aerial yoga- “with any type of yoga practice, you will feel peaceful and happy at the end of the session.
